Prior to this, Arnold held various leadership roles at Nokia Siemens Networks, including Global Head of Change/Incident Management. Arnold has a degree in Telecom and Informatics from FH Burgenland. Arnold has extensive experience in IT service management, project leadership, and international customer support.
