Delia Ganea has extensive experience in legal counsel and corporate legal support within the banking sector. Currently serving as Team Leader in the Corporate Legal Support Department at Raiffeisen Bank Romania since April 2008, Delia provides comprehensive legal services related to commercial, banking, and civil law, advises on lending transactions, and oversees the legal documentation for corporate clients. Prior roles included Legal Adviser positions at Bancpost and UniCredit institutions, where Delia was responsible for drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and advising on internal procedures and changes to by-laws. Delia's legal education was obtained from the University of Bucharest from 1994 to 1998.
