Zana Dauti is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in banking, currently serving as the ALM and Treasury Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova since October 2007, where responsibilities include managing interest rate steering and optimizing returns in the Banking Book to enhance Net Interest Margin and capital efficiency. Prior to this role, Zana led the financial controller team, overseeing financial and management reporting, as well as planning and forecasting processes. Recently, Zana participated in a rotation program at Raiffeisen Bank International AG as a Hedge Accounting Implementation Specialist, acquiring expertise in Hedge Accounting and implementing the program in Kosovo. Zana holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Staffordshire, obtained between 2014 and 2019.
