Gentiana Avdiaj is an Experienced Platform Project Manager and Senior Customer Experience Specialist at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova, where professional contributions have been made since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Gentiana served as a Customer Experience and Complaint Management Specialist within the same organization. Gentiana holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from American Education in Kosovo and has further advanced education with an Executive MBA in Finance from The University of Sheffield.
