Ankit Shah is a roboticist and research scientist currently employed at The AI Institute since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ankit served as a postdoctoral research associate at Brown University from October 2021 to September 2023 and was a graduate research assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from September 2013 to October 2021. Ankit holds a Ph.D. in Autonomous Systems and a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics, both from MIT, and a Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. The research focus includes learning from demonstration for complex tasks.
