Santrupt Satapathy is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as a Principal Associate at ZeusIP Advocates LLP since September 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Associate at Rahul Chaudhry & Partners and as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Kochhar & Co. Santrupt has a solid background in prosecution and registration of trademarks, global maintenance of trademark portfolios, and protection of copyrights. Additional expertise includes litigation related to infringement and passing off of IP rights, as well as conducting due diligence and audits of IP rights. Santrupt began a career at Darts-ip as a Patent Legal Analyst and holds a BB.A LL.B with IPR Honours from the School of Law, KIIT University, completed in 2014.
