Soh Yin Chuin is a legal professional with extensive experience in banking, asset finance, maritime and aviation law, as well as restructuring and insolvency. Currently a Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP since June 2004, Soh has a robust background that includes previous roles as a Senior Associate and Associate at Rahmat Lim & Partners, where involvement in Labuan leasing and ship reflagging into Malaysia is noted. Additionally, Soh served as an Associate on secondment at Linklaters in early 2009. Soh holds an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and completed A-levels at Victoria Junior College.
