Philip Kløvborg Grønkjær has a wealth of experience in the food industry. From 2009 to 2012, they held the roles of Head Chef, Souschef, and Chef at Herman (* Michelin), Nimb. Philip also worked as a Stagiaire at Victor's Fine Dining by Christian Bau (*** Michelin stars) and IN DE WULF (* Michelin star) in 2012. Philip then became Assistant Head Chef at Kong Hans Kælder (** Michelin stars) in the same year. In 2013, they were promoted to Head Chef at Kadeau (** Michelin stars), København, where they were responsible for the absolute top level of Scandinavian gastronomy. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as Executive Chef at Hotel Nimb, where they were responsible for 8 restaurants and bars, banquet up to 2500 people, and the development and start-up of an organic bakery. In 2019, they held two roles at Simple Feast, Global Senior Product Development Manager and Senior Product Development Manager, where they were responsible for the development of meal boxes and FMCG products for retail. Philip also worked as a Konsulent at Food Organisation of Denmark in 2019. Currently, they are Kategoridirektør - Chief Category Officer at Pantrii since 2022.

Philip Kløvborg Grønkjær attended Aurehøj Gymnasium from 1999 to 2002, studying Matematisk student. From 2005 to 2009, they attended Hotel og Restaurantskolen for Gastronomi. In 2015, they completed a GROW Leadership course with Mike Hohnen. Philip also completed a Masterclass in Customer Experience Management from Tivoli Akademiet in the same year.
