Bassel Merhi is an experienced strategic leader currently serving as the Managing Director at Raha since June 2021, where responsibilities include setting company-wide objectives and managing overall performance with a focus on financial health and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Bassel was the Head of Commercial, implementing strategic commercial plans and managing P&L budgeting. Experience prior to Raha includes a Commercial Manager position at Qatami Group, overseeing distribution and private brands, and various roles at The Sultan Center, such as Regional Division Head for Private Label across multiple countries. Bassel began the career as a Purchase Officer at Al Khunaini International. Bassel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Notre Dame University - Louaize and completed high school studies at Le Lycee National School in Lebanon.
