Maddie Rimsa, M.B.A, currently serves as Program Manager in the Director’s Office at the Ragon Institute of Mass General Brigham, MIT, and Harvard since October 2021, providing high-level administrative support and serving as the primary liaison for the Executive Office. Previous experience includes roles as Event Manager for the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center, where success was achieved in raising over $225,000 for a major fundraiser, and as Events and Communications Manager for City Year, where event execution contributed to over $1.6 million in annual fundraising. Additional positions include administrative support, event coordination, and fundraising work with various organizations, complemented by an M.B.A in Social Change from Clark University.
