Chris Mitchell-Mallon currently serves as the Assistant Business Operations Controls Manager at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since November 2021. Previous roles at Diligenta include Contact Centre Team Manager and Customer Service Change Specialist/Incident Manager. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Client Services Administrator – Pensions at Novia Financial Plc from June 2021 to October 2021. Chris started at Diligenta in January 2019, taking on positions such as Operations SME, Technical Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative. Chris holds a degree in Sound Technology and Music Technology from the University of South Wales, earned between 2010 and 2012, and completed education at Rednock from September 2001 to May 2006.
