Haley Dion serves as the Executive Director at United Against Inequities in Disease since July 2022, focusing on the organization's strategic growth and oversight of a leadership board supporting health equity initiatives. Previously, Haley held various roles within UAID, including National Board Director of Community Projects and National Board Intern, demonstrating a strong commitment to community health and partnerships. Currently a Research Technician at the Ragon Institute, Haley contributes to research on vaginal microbiota and preterm birth. Past experience includes managing an educational HPV intervention study at the Duke Global Health Institute and participating in numerous research roles at Duke University and McLean Hospital. Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Comparative Studies from Duke University and has a background as a NCAA Division I student athlete.
