Mark Garcia is a seasoned professional in project engineering and management, currently serving as a Sr. Project Engineer at Ragle Inc since June 2022. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Sr. Project Manager at North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC, where management of the North Tarrant Express project was a key responsibility. Mark's extensive experience includes roles as Quality Manager at Omega Contracting, overseeing multiple significant projects including DART Red/Blue Line Extensions, and as Construction Inspector III at Raba Kistner, Inc. In earlier roles at AMEC Foster Wheeler and QC Laboratory, Mark gained valuable experience in compliance monitoring and testing for various infrastructure projects. Mark holds a degree in Project Management, Construction from Ashford University.
