Laura M. is an experienced Experience Strategist and Optimization Lead currently working at RafterOne since June 2022. Prior to this role, Laura served in similar capacities at PixelMEDIA from May 2010 to December 2022, including positions as Senior User Experience Architect and Experience Strategist. Additional experience includes work as an Experience Design Consultant at BigBad, Brand Content, iFactory from October 2007 to May 2010, and as a Senior User Experience Designer at Ecora Software in 2007. Laura began a career at H&R Block from 1999 to 2007 as a Developmental Editor. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Writing Portfolio from the University of New Hampshire and a B.A. in English and Anthropology from the University of Maine.
