Rachel McKay is currently a Manager at Raftelis, where Rachel works with local governments and utilities to enhance performance and improve financial conditions. Rachel also has experience as a Manager and Senior Consultant at Itineris, a Project Manager at Advanced Utility Systems, and a Business Consultant at Ventyx. Rachel started their career as a Repair Technician at Stone Ridge Computing and has a background in computer science and psychology from SUNY New Paltz, University of Central Florida, and Ulster County Community College.
