Gift Kapizi serves as the Head of Department at Rafiki Foundation, Inc., leading the Science Department, managing laboratory operations, training science teachers, and overseeing lab sessions while managing procurement of science equipment. Previous experience includes roles as a Teacher, Associate Tutor at Excellence Assured, WASH Researcher at Mzuzu University, Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights Facilitator for the Ministry of Health Malawi, and Census Field Supervisor at the Malawi National Statistical Office. Gift holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Water Resources Management and Development from Mzuzu University.
