Pooja Singh is a Global Human Resources Manager at RAENA, overseeing HR operations for Asia and South Korea since August 2021. Responsibilities include managing the entire employee lifecycle, policy making, payroll, manpower analysis, budgeting, and culture enhancement strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Partner at OYO, where Pooja handled mid to senior-level hiring, as well as positions focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes for non-technical roles. Pooja's career began with internships at HDFC Bank and Purple Squirrel Eduventures, gaining valuable experience in recruitment and market research. Pooja holds a Post Graduation in Human Resource from Don Bosco Institute of Management and Research and a Bachelor's degree in BMM from SM Shetty College of Art, Science, and Management Studies.
