Amy Kelemen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Rael & Letson, where responsibilities encompass all facets of HR, including employee experience, HR strategy, culture, and total rewards. Prior to this role, Amy was an Executive HR Consultant at Newfront, leading a team in providing strategic HR services to clients. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Professional HR Services and Senior HR Consultant at ABD SharedHR, where strategic consulting on various HR matters was offered, and as the Human Resources Director at both Woodlands Market and Addwater, focusing on HR leadership during rapid company growth and restructuring. Amy holds a BA in International Relations with a Minor in French from the University of California, Davis, and a certification in Human Resources Management from San Francisco State University.
