Yael Benado is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as HR Manager and HRBP & Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Radware since February 2019, Yael plays a key role in the company's senior management team, focusing on strategic headcount planning and effective employee engagement. Previously, Yael held the position of HR Manager at Woo.io, contributing to various HR initiatives and consulting on employee-related issues. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Yael led recruitment efforts for the Israeli R&D site, managing approximately 150 new hires annually, and earlier worked as a Technical Recruiter at both Hewlett Packard Enterprise and gotfriends. Yael holds a BSc in Biology from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in Business Management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
