Kumaravel Subramanian is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background in networking products and systems. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at ALTEN Calsoft Labs since February 2015, Kumaravel also holds the position of Site Manager at Radware, overseeing several key product developments, including load balancers and attack detection systems. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Cisco Systems, where Kumaravel managed a best-in-class content delivery product, and Senior Technical Specialist at HCL Technologies, focusing on innovative telemetry features. With a strong educational foundation, including a PGDBA in Marketing Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an M.S. in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Kumaravel possesses extensive expertise in project management, technical design, and product development across multiple organizations.
