Naomi Simpson MCIPD is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Radley London since August 2019. Prior to this, Naomi held the position of People & Culture Advisor at Global and was involved in People Operations at Zone. Naomi's career began at Arcadia Group Ltd as a Human Resources Assistant before progressing to Store Manager, followed by a role as Deputy Manager at Ted Baker. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Brighton, a Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Home Learning College, and an ongoing CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Strategic People Management from Acacia Learning.
