Sujata Joshi has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Management Trainee at Panamax InfoTech Ltd. Sujata later joined AddRec Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2012 and held various roles including Manager - Client Relations, Sr. Manager - Client Relations, Practice Lead, and Sr. Practice Lead. From 2021 to 2023, Sujata worked at PRONIX as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Radixweb.

Sujata Joshi attended Software Engineering Jobs from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA). Sujata then went on to study at Gujarat Technological University from 2010 to 2012 and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management.
