Les Sheppard is an experienced software development and test automation professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an SDET at RDX Works Ltd since June 2022, Les previously worked as a Software Engineer at Nationwide Building Society and as a Developer and Consultant at Sports Apps and Software Solutions Ltd., focusing on test automation consultancy and developing mobile sports applications. Earlier roles include positions at Cisco and Alcatel-Lucent as a Femto Test Automation Engineer, and various roles in test automation and software engineering at companies such as Hospedia, Apotheosys, Tut Systems, Motorola, and Lucent Technologies. Les holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Software Engineering from Cranfield University, earned between 1995 and 1998.
