Andreas Lauwaert has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Andreas started their career in 2008 as a Production Assistant at Woestijnvis. From there, they worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator at Flagey before transitioning to sales and digital marketing roles at Orbit Pro Audio. In 2011, they joined BH&A Group as a Design/Project Coordinator and later became a Senior Developer and UI Designer. In 2015, they joined Lesterius as a Senior Data & Application Consultant before progressing to the role of Head of Marketing in 2020. Andreas then served as the Head of Business Development & Data at ONG Conseil France before becoming the Chief of Staff at Prophecy Labs in 2022. Currently, they are working as an AI Solution Lead at Radix. Throughout their career, Andreas has demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement, marketing strategy, business development, and data analysis.
Andreas Lauwaert attended KU Leuven from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Slavistics and Eastern European Studies in the Faculty of Arts. During the same time, they also pursued Linguistics at EHSAL Management School, focusing on Russian, English, and Dutch. In 2020 to 2021, Lauwaert enrolled at SYNTRA Brussel for an Advanced Data-Analysis & Business Intelligence Masterclass, which lasted for one year. In terms of additional certifications, Lauwaert obtained the Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate Certification in May 2021, and the Inbound Sales certification from HubSpot in April 2021. Andreas also obtained the Data Science Foundations: Fundamentals certification from LinkedIn in 2022 and is expected to obtain the Google Data Analytics Professional certification in 2023.
