Stephanie Heins has a diverse work experience in various IT roles. Stephanie started their career as an IT Lab Assistant Intern at Edmonds Community College in 2016. Stephanie then worked as a Product Advisor at Microsoft from June 2016 to December 2017. Following that, they joined Blueprint Technologies as an IT Support Specialist, where they supported internal employees and worked on engagements with companies such as Microsoft and Valve. Stephanie also contributed to building security policies and managing security tools and infrastructure at Blueprint Technologies.
Afterwards, Stephanie worked at Cyber Sleuth Science Lab as a Facilitator for a brief period in July 2019. Stephanie then moved on to Lionbridge as an Information Technology Support Specialist for a few months before joining Apple as a Technical Specialist / Applecare Advisor in November 2019. At Apple, they provided technical support to customers until January 2021.
In 2021, Stephanie worked at Providence as an IT Support Contractor from January to March, and then joined Precor as an IT Specialist from March to June. Currently, they are working at RadiusAI, Inc. as a Customer Success Engineer, starting from March 2022.
Stephanie's experience also includes being the Digital Forensic Lab Manager at Edmonds Community College from September 2017 to the present.
Stephanie Heins' education history begins in 2013 when they obtained a diploma from Lynnwood High School. Following that, they attended Edmonds College, where they earned an Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies from 2011 to 2013. In 2019, they pursued further education at Edmonds College, specializing in Cyber Defense & Digital Forensics, and completed an associate's degree in 2020.
Recently, in 2021, Stephanie attended the University of Washington and obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certificate, focusing on web development. These certifications were received from institutions including Edmonds Community College and the CyberSecurity Academy. Stephanie has also earned certifications in areas like CIS Application Specialist and CIS Computer Forensics.
