Leny Pearman, PhD, RN, MS, CNS has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Leny has held several roles at Radius Health, Inc. from 2015 to the present, including National Director: Medical Affairs, Field Medical Science. Prior to that, they worked as a Clinical Nurse Consultant at Hoeppner Wagner & Evans LLP in 2015. Leny also served as a Medical Science Liaison at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals from 2014 to 2015. From 2005 to 2014, they worked as a Medical Science Liaison at Eli Lilly and Company. Leny's early career includes various roles at Methodist Hospitals, starting in 1987, including Manager, Service Unit Manager, and Staff Nurse.

Leny Pearman, PhD, RN, MS, CNS holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Health Administration from Warren National University. Leny also earned a Master of Science (MS) degree from Purdue University Northwest, specializing in Clinical Nurse Specialist and Genetic Cancer Research. Additionally, they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing Science from Indiana University Northwest.
