Pavels Danilovs is an experienced mortgage professional with a diverse background in underwriting and mortgage processing. Currently serving as a Conventional Mortgage Condo Underwriter at Radius Financial Group Inc. since May 2015, Pavels reviews condominium projects according to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac standards. Previous roles at the same company include Mortgage Processing Manager and Loan Analyst Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing loan applications across various programs and training team members. Pavels also completed the NEX-GEN IMB training program, enhancing knowledge in retail mortgage banking.
