Phillip D. currently serves as the Director and Head of Public Affairs at Radius CPH A/S, where leadership is provided to a team of 10 in navigating complex societal and political landscapes. Previous roles include Senior Advisor and Advisor at Grønt Marked, as well as a Board Member for Socialdemokratiet. Phillip's experience also encompasses serving as a Political Advisor in the Danish parliament, leading the campaign for the Lord Mayor of Copenhagen, and contributing as a consultant for Rud Pedersen Public Affairs on energy policy and green transition. Academic qualifications include master's degrees in Political Science and Government from the University of Copenhagen and Security and Diplomacy Studies from Tel Aviv University, along with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Business and Politics.
