Mariana Silva currently serves as an Associate Junior Revenue Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, a position held since July 2023, following a brief tenure as an External Consultant focused on revenue management consultancy in March 2023. Mariana gained valuable experience as a Customer Relationship Management & Marketing Intern at Pestana Hotel Group, where responsibilities included auditing brand content and analyzing loyalty program effectiveness.
