Ailin L is an experienced professional in renewable energy, currently serving as the Head of Renewable Energy R&D at Vestas since March 2023. Ailin has a comprehensive background in technology development and a deep understanding of various renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, and hydro. Prior to Vestas, Ailin worked at Ørsted from January 2014 to February 2023 as a Renewable Energy Project Manager, where expertise in engineering principles and problem-solving skills was utilized to enhance project efficiency. Ailin's previous roles also include Renewable Energy Engineer and Solar Research Assistant during a tenure at Statkraft, alongside completing a Master's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Warsaw and a Bachelor's degree from Lodz University of Technology.
