Tara Puckey, MBA, CAE, CMP, currently serves as the Executive Director and Chief Staff Officer at the Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNA), where responsibilities include advancing the organization's mission, fostering business partnerships, managing grant processes, and overseeing strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance. Previously, Tara held various roles at the Society of Professional Journalists, including Deputy Executive Director and Interim Executive Director, focusing on organizational management, strategic planning for membership recruitment and retention, and development of national educational initiatives. Tara holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Indiana University Indianapolis, along with an Associate degree in Business from Ivy Tech Community College.
