Debbie Chamberlin has extensive work experience in various senior-level roles in human resources and talent acquisition. Debbie is currently the Chief People Officer at Radio Free Asia since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at FHI 360 from 2019 to 2023. Debbie also served as the Vice President of Search - North America at SRI Executive from 2017 to 2019 and as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Management Sciences for Health from 2013 to 2017. Before that, they held positions such as Senior Manager of Global Human Resources & Employee Relations at Development Alternatives, Inc. (DAI) from 2011 to 2013 and Senior Director of Human Resources at Rare from 2008 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked at Solomon Page Group as the Director of Strategic Relationships from 2007 to 2008, at Ajilon as the Area Vice President from 2006 to 2007, and at Randstad as the Area Manager from 1995 to 2000.
Debbie Chamberlin earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies: Development and Middle East, with a minor in Anthropology, from the University of Washington in 2005. In 2012, they obtained a certification as a Facilitator in Fierce Conversations from Fierce, Inc.
