Patty Simmons has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Lacrosse Coach at 513/NatiLax Lacrosse in 2007. Patty then worked as a Customer Service Representative at House Party, Inc. in 2006. In 2007, they also began their role as a Player/Captain at the University of Cincinnati Women's Lacrosse Team. From 2009 to 2010, they held several roles, including Production Assistant at Fox Sports Net Ohio, Student Research Assistant at Empower MediaMarketing, and Broadcasting/New Media Intern at the University of Cincinnati Athletic Department. In 2010, they began their role as a Certified Digital Marketing Consultant at the Radio Advertising Bureau. Most recently, in 2018, they became a Co-Founder at 10|01 Strategies.

Patty Simmons attended the University of Maryland from 2006 to 2007 and then transferred to the University of Cincinnati where they completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Electronic Media in 2010.
