Michael Francis has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Corporate Training Manager at RadiFi Credit Union since March 2023, after previously holding the role of Member Success Manager. Prior positions include Branch Manager - Lending at Coastline Federal Credit Union from 2020 to 2023, Branch Vice President at both Ameris Bank and VyStar Credit Union from 2012 to 2020, and Manager of Branch Operations at Navy Federal Credit Union from 2010 to 2012. Michael also held the position of Branch Manager at South Carolina Federal Credit Union from 2005 to 2010 and served as Vice President Banking Center Manager/Finance at Bank of America from 1998 to 2005. Michael started the career at Target as Executive Team Leader from 1995 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Credit Union Education Program from Florida State College at Jacksonville, an MBA in Business Administration from Winthrop University, and a B.S. in Business Administration from State University of New York at Oswego.
