David Pratt, MPAcc, CPA, CBV, serves as the Vice President of Strategy at BMO Radicle since March 2021, having previously held positions as Senior Manager and Manager in Corporate Development. Prior to this role, David was involved with Light Up The World as a Board Member and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee from July 2017 to February 2022. David's extensive experience in M&A Transaction Services was built at Deloitte between June 2017 and March 2021, holding various managerial roles in both Canada and the UK, following a position as Senior Associate in the same field. Earlier career stages included a Senior Associate and Associate position in Audit & Assurance at PwC Canada from September 2014 to June 2017. David holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from The University of British Columbia, along with an exchange program in International Relations and Economics at Sciences Po.
