Matthew Isaacs is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Kelvin (formerly Radiator Labs), where the focus is on improving temperature control and energy efficiency in steam-heated buildings through innovative solutions like the smart Cozy radiator enclosure. As Principal at Mercer Equities, Matthew oversees the acquisition and repositioning of commercial real estate assets in the Northeastern United States. Previous roles include Managing Director at Rentlogic, where an independent grading system for apartment buildings was developed, and Director at Eastern Consolidated, specializing in real estate investment sales. Matthew has a rich background in the hospitality industry as the owner and operator of multiple venues, including STASH, SNAP Sports Bar, and CV. Matthew co-founded The Bloc Group, a nightlife marketing and consulting firm, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architectural History and Criticism and Economics from Oberlin College, along with an International Baccalaureate from the United Nations International School.
