Sarah Hardy is an experienced mental health practitioner currently working at RADIAS Health as an ACT Mental Health Practitioner since May 2021, where responsibilities include delivering medications, creating treatment plans, and utilizing a person-centered approach to care for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). Previously, Sarah worked in various mental health roles, including creating crisis plans and coordinating care at RADIAS Health and completing an internship with Washington County's Adult Mental Health team. Sarah holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Louisiana State University, expected in August 2024, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, where involvement included career services and student leadership roles.
