Michael Alber has extensive work experience as an engineer, specializing in roles related to propulsion and manufacturing in the aerospace industry. Michael currently holds the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Radiant, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at SpaceX, where they held various roles, including Propulsion Engineer II, Propulsion Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer from 2018 to 2023. Before joining SpaceX, Michael worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Aerojet Rocketdyne from 2016 to 2018. Michael also gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Eaton from 2015 to 2016. Michael started their engineering career as a Project Engineering Intern at The Hill Group in 2013 and as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Fermilab from 2009 to 2012.

From 2010 to 2014, Michael Alber attended Purdue University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
