Anmol Madan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anmol began their career as a co-founder and CTO of iMetrico, an early-stage MIT startup focused on predicting user interest and engagement. Anmol then worked as a product manager at Microsoft, where they were responsible for device management capabilities in Windows Mobile. Anmol's next role was as a researcher at MIT Media Lab, where they led teams in developing technologies to model and predict human behavior. During their time at MIT, they published several papers in prestigious conferences and journals. Anmol later joined Livongo as the chief data scientist, overseeing investments in data science, machine learning, and analytics for the company's digital health products. Anmol also co-founded Ginger, a comprehensive mental health solution that offers emotional and mental health support. Anmol served as the CEO and chairman, establishing the company's B2B2C business model. At Teladoc Health, Anmol held the position of chief data scientist, leading data science, AI, and analytics teams across the company's healthcare services. Currently, Anmol is the founder and CEO of RadiantGraph. Throughout their career, they have been involved in advising and investing in various series A/B companies in digital health and AI, with a focus on disease areas such as smoking cessation, chronic bronchitis, hypertension imaging, burnout, and better sleep.

Anmol Madan has a PhD in Modeling Human Behavior (Machine Learning) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. They also have an MS from the same institution. Prior to attending MIT, Anmol Madan obtained a BE degree in EECS from Pune University. They completed their high school education at Loyola High School.
