Yu-Fan Yvonne Tsao's work experience in chronological order:

- Research Assistant at Academia Sinica from June 2010 to August 2010.

- Research Assistant at University of Toronto from May 2011 to August 2011 and from September 2011 to May 2012. Yu-Fan Yvonne explored the effect of DNA damage on cell cycle progression and gene expression in budding yeast and initiated collaboration between Dr. Brenda Andrews' Lab and Dr. Alan Davidson and Dr. Karen Maxwell.

- Research Assistant at Donnelly Centre from June 2015 to August 2015. Yu-Fan Yvonne worked with Dr. Alan Davidson and Dr. Karen Maxwell on characterizing the biological functions of multiple prophage accessory genes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

- Automation Scientist (Internship) at Northern Biologics from February 2016 to April 2016.

- Associate Research Scientist at Northern Biologics from April 2016 to September 2019. Yu-Fan Yvonne participated in the development of antibody-based therapeutics and performed in vitro functional assay development, coordination of in vivo studies, and data analysis.

- Research Scientist at Northern Biologics from September 2019 to December 2020. Yu-Fan Yvonne focused on drug discovery in the immuno-oncology field and led the development of immunogenicity assays.

- Research Scientist at Phenomic AI from January 2021 to July 2021. Yu-Fan Yvonne participated in antibody-based drug discovery targeting the tumor stromal environment and led the protein characterization method development for antibody developability assessment.

- Research Scientist at Radiant Biotherapeutics from July 2021 (ongoing).

Yu-Fan Yvonne Tsao completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Genetics at the University of Toronto from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology from the University of Toronto between 2012 and 2015.
