Jeff Gilbert is a seasoned engineer and business leader with over 30 years of experience in software design and development, particularly in aerospace and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Rolls Royce through Belcan, Jeff specializes in software for bomber engine control systems. In addition to this role, Jeff provides independent advisory services as an Independent Adviser at Freemantle and serves as an Independent Board Member at Radian Research, Inc. and Software Engineering Professionals (SEP), where Jeff also held the positions of CEO and President. Jeff's previous leadership experience includes roles as Chairman of NeedsGap LLC and CEO of Frontega. Jeff holds a Master¡¯s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor¡¯s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
