Henk Jelsma is an experienced executive in the energy sector, currently serving as Director at RadCan Energy Services Inc. and Owner/President of Dominion Oil (USA) Corp since May 2006. Jelsma has held key leadership roles including President of Radial Drilling Services, Inc. and Liman Caspian Oil BV, as well as CEO of Dominion Energy PLC.
