Iris Kingma is an experienced professional in the social domain, currently serving as an Adviseur Sociaal Domein at RadarAdvies since March 2022. Their recent projects include work as a beleidsmedewerker migratie en asiel for the municipality of Noordwijk and providing process guidance for subsidies in Amsterdam's Social Basis. Prior to this role, Iris held positions at the Universiteit van Amsterdam, including Projectsecretaris regievoering Sociale Veiligheid and Projectmedewerker Taskforce Sociale Veiligheid, focusing on system improvements and student engagement regarding social safety.
