Chad Hoffman has a strong background in software development and consulting, with experience in various roles throughout their career. Chad started their career at Holmes Murphy & Associates in 2003 as a Systems Analyst and worked there until 2005. Chad then joined Catalyst Software Solutions as a Senior Solutions Consultant from 2005 to 2008. After that, they worked at Catalyst Consulting Group, Inc. as a Sr. Software Engineer from 2009 to 2010. Chad then joined Daugherty Business Solutions as a Consultant from 2010 to 2011. Chad later worked at Catalyst Consulting Group, Inc. again as a Director - Application Development from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they joined RVM Enterprises, Inc. as a Software Architect for a brief period. Later in 2014, they joined Radancy as a Software Architect and eventually became the Chief Architect in 2017.

Chad Hoffman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Computer Science at Drake University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
