Chris Pan has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Inside Sale Representative at Shaw Communications, where they updated customers on new products and provided market comparisons. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist at Option Industries Inc, specializing in heavy oilfield industries and handling drafting, stress analysis, and design parameter generation. Chris then joined Point Grey Research Inc. as a Junior Mechanical Technologist from 2013 to 2016. At FLIR Systems, they worked as a Mechanical Technologist from 2016 to 2021, liaising with various departments and suppliers and providing project management and feasibility evaluation. From 2021 to 2022, they held the position of Mechanical Technologist at Teledyne FLIR, where they proposed solutions, built trust with internal customers, and collected and analyzed data. Currently, they are the ODM Sourcing Manager at Rad Power Bikes, responsible for supply chain planning, supplier assessment, and business model evaluation. Additionally, Chris Pan founded CpStudio in 2015, where they offered mechanical, manufacturing, and operation solutions, as well as design services.
Chris Pan attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2011. During this time period, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Design and also obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
