Yacov Cazes began their work experience as a Product Manager at Radcom in 1993 and continued in this role until 2000. Yacov then moved on to be a Product Manager at Bandwiz Inc in 2000. Subsequently, they held various roles at RAD Data Communications, culminating in their position as Director of Business Development for the Service Providers Line of Business in the APAC region until their retirement in September 2020.

Yacov Cazes studied Computer Science and Jewish Philosophy at Bar-Ilan University.
