Phil Turnbull is Executive General Manager, Motoring and Mobility for RACV. He is responsible for the businesses of Emergency Roadside Assistance, Motor Insurance, and other motoring products and services. In previous RACV roles, Phil has managed home services, the call centre, marketing, eBusiness and retail outlet functions as well as the financial services company. He also sits on a number of RACV subsidiary boards.

Phil is a board member of Club Assist Corporation, which provides mobile battery services to motoring clubs worldwide and Nationwide Group who provide towing services in several states.
