Doug Busch has extensive experience in the field of system design and management, currently serving as a Service Manager and System Solutions Engineer at Racom since 1995, where responsibilities include designing and recommending Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems. Prior to this, Doug Busch worked as a Quality Control Supervisor at Sperry Univac from November 1970 to February 1978, overseeing assembly inspectors and quality test technicians. Doug Busch holds a 2-Year Associate Arts degree in Agriculture from Worthington Junior College, earned between 1964 and 1966.
