Turbo Wong is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a 2nd Line Support Analyst at 2C Services Ltd since April 2022. Previously, Turbo Wong has been with Rackspace since March 2007, holding the position of Technical Team Manager, where responsibilities included change management, problem management, incident management, and leading a support team, all while applying ITIL best practices. Turbo Wong earned a Bachelor's Degree from Staffordshire University between 2007 and 2009 and also completed training at Dale Carnegie.
