Eman Mahmoud is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in project and engagement management, currently serving as the Lead Engagement Manager at Rackspace Technology since December 2020. Prior roles include Project Manager positions at CIT VERICASH, ASSET Technology Group, and SEGMA Technology, as well as Solutions Architect at Huawei Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing project lifecycles and ensuring user satisfaction. Eman began the career as a Junior Software Developer at DMS, contributing to software development and testing processes. Eman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science at Assiut University, alongside a diploma from the Information Technology Institute.
